CERAMIC COATING SPECIALISTS
WHAT IS IT?
Ceramic coating is a chemical polymer that is applied to the exterior of a vehicle to protect it from external paint damage. The chemical used can provide a durable hard glass coat, which has the ability to protect your vehicle from minor scratches, acid rain, corrosive traffic film - just to name a few, for up to 3 years.
WHAT DOES IT DO?
WHAT IS THE PROCESS?
Ceramic coating prevents dirt, grime and stain marks from appearing on your paint work and ruining the clear coat. Here at Detailing Direct, we use CQUARTZUK which forms a strong chemical bond which prevents stains on your paints surface by creating a uniformed level layer.
Step 1 – Decontamination of the paintwork, removing everyday fallout, tar deposits and brake dust deposits.
Step 2 – Use a clay bar on the Paint, to ensure a smooth base for machine polishing.
Step 3 – Remove imperfections/swirls in the paintwork, by use of machine polishing up to 3 stages.
Step 4 – Use a panel wipe product to remove any product residue.
Step 5 – Apply the ceramic coating.
